Phase I: Release
We begin by gently releasing emotional weight, ancestral loyalties, and patterns that no longer belong to you.

Phase II: Presence
Through walking, silence, reflection, and guided practices, you strengthen your intuition and reconnect with your inner guidance.

Phase III: Creation
In the final days, you clarify what you are ready to embody and consciously align with your next chapter.

This pilgrimage includes:

  • Daily guided facilitation and group circles

  • 7 nights in handpicked boutique 4-star hotels (shared twin rooms)

  • Daily breakfast and dinner

  • Daily luggage transfers

  • Private transport from Porto to our starting point

  • Pre-journey preparation materials

  • Post-retreat integration gatherings

You will walk between 5 and 17 miles per day (average 12 miles), moving through ocean paths, forests, and quiet villages.

  • You carry only what you need for the day.

  • You walk lightly.

  • But the work is real.

  • This is not about comfort avoidance.

  • It is about embodied transformation.

Not included: flights, lunches, and travel insurance.

Everything is handled for you so you can walk lightly and go deep.
